Scope of Practice
Under Australian law and the Nutrition Council Australia guidelines:

Nutritionists may support clients as part of a healthcare team
Nutritionists cannot diagnose or provide medical nutrition therapy
Clients with diagnosed medical conditions may require referral to an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD)
Services are not eligible for Medicare, private health insurance, or WorkCover rebates
